Over the past fifty years, Collins & Collins Attorneys, LLC has been distinguished as one of Western New York’s leading law firms in the representation of victims of personal injury and construction accidents. The firm is devoted to an unwavering philosophy: having a concern for people and a commitment to family. This mission has been exemplified repeatedly as the firm works daily towards achieving justice and compensation for its clients, mostly labor union workers.
2. challenge
Despite Collins & Collins’ sound reputation in the Buffalo community, the family-based law firm has operated on “a handshake” basis for most of its existence in operation. When Timothy began working for the firm in July 2013, Collins & Collins had only the beginnings of a digital footprint. Timothy strongly believed that in order to grow the firm’s client base, a more robust online presence was necessary.
3. solution
Over a period of five months, Timothy was self-motivated to rebuild the firm’s website. He completed extensive research on what worked well and what could be modified from other firms’ webpages. Given creative freedoms, Timothy utilized his knowledge of legal terminology and the firm’s objective to create an effective web layout and wrote content for a modernly redesigned twenty-six page site. Working closely with a web developer, Timothy was able to produce an end product that highlights Collins & Collins’ specialties and successes.
4. impact
Through solidifying and expanding Collins & Collins’ online presence, Timothy has been able to educate the population generally on personal injury and more specifically on how the firm can assist clients as they seek justice. Timothy has received leads from web inquiries about Collins & Collins’ services and grown the firm’s social media sites tenfold since their inception. On a more personal basis, Timothy has repeatedly sought opportunities to enhance his digital media skills. He is devoted to learning what is topical in web and social media realms so that he can stay one step ahead of industry norms.
